Dry Fry Prawns
This is Audrey's recipe. I haven't tried it yet, but judging by the other recipes she has given me, it will be great.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons bottle masala or (1 tablespoon kashmiri chilli powder, 1 tablespoon haldi, 1/2 table spoon dhania jeera powder)
deveined prawns
salt to taste
vinegar
Method
Stir vinegar into the masala powders, and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Add drained, salted prawns.
Again, keep aside for an hour.
Then fry till dry.
