Dry Fry Prawns  From: www.imissthatfood.com            

This is Audrey's recipe. I haven't tried it yet, but judging by the other recipes she has
given me, it will be great.
Ingredients
* 2 tablespoons bottle masala or (1 tablespoon kashmiri chilli
powder, 1 tablespoon haldi, 1/2 table spoon dhania jeera
powder)
* deveined prawns
* salt to taste
* vinegar
Method
Stir vinegar into the masala powders, and keep aside for 10
minutes.
Add drained, salted prawns.
Again, keep aside for an hour.
Then fry till dry.
