Dry Fry Prawns              Printable Version

This is Audrey's recipe. I haven't tried it yet, but judging by the other recipes she has given me, it will be great.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons bottle masala or (1 tablespoon kashmiri chilli powder, 1 tablespoon haldi, 1/2 table spoon dhania jeera powder)

  • deveined prawns

  • salt to taste

  • vinegar

Method

Stir vinegar into the masala powders, and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Add drained, salted prawns.

Again, keep aside for an hour.

 Then fry till dry.
