The water used for cooking Bengal gram dal can be used for making a saar.
Ingredients
- Water in which Bengal Gram Dal has been cooked
- coriander leaves
- green chilli
- oil
- mustard seeds
- hing
- curry leaves
Method
Add salt and a green chilly for Bengal gram dal water and bring to boil.
Add a few coriander leaves before removing from fire.
Season with oil, mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves.
