Water in which Bengal Gram Dal has been cooked
coriander leaves
green chilli
oil
mustard seeds
hing
curry leaves
Method
Add salt and a green chilly for Bengal gram dal water and bring to boil.
Add a few coriander leaves before removing from fire.
Season with oil, mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves.
