Ingredients
- tomatoes
- tamarind
- salt
- sambhar powder/ rasam powder
- coriander leaves
- jaggery
- ghee
- mustard seeds
- hing
- geera
- curry leaves
Method
Cook tomatoes with little tamarind in water.
Remove from flame mix well and strain through a colander.
Add salt, sambhar or rasam powder, a little jaggery and coriander leaves and bring to boil.
Season with ghee, mustard seeds, geera, hing and curry leaves
