curry leaves
Method
Cook tomatoes with little tamarind in water.
Remove from flame mix well and strain through a colander.
Add salt, sambhar or rasam powder, a little jaggery and coriander leaves and bring to boil.
Season with ghee, mustard seeds, geera, hing and curry leaves.
