Ingredients

  • 1/2 pav thuvar dhal
  • 2 slit chillies
  • salt
  • oil (preferably ghee)
  • mustard
  • red chillies
  • curry leaves
  • hing

Method

Boil  thuvar dhal.

Churn.

Bring to required consistency with water.

Add 2 slit chillies and salt.

Bring to the boil.

Season with ghee, mustard seeds, 1 broken red chilli, hing and curry leaves.

Cover.
