Ingredients
- 1/2 pav thuvar dhal
- 2 slit chillies
- salt
- oil (preferably ghee)
- mustard
- red chillies
- curry leaves
- hing
Method
Boil thuvar dhal.
Churn.
Bring to required consistency with water.
Add 2 slit chillies and salt.
Bring to the boil.
Season with ghee, mustard seeds, 1 broken red chilli, hing and curry leaves.
Cover.
