Ingredients
- thuvar dhal
- vegetables of your choice
- sambhar powder
- tamarind juice
- salt
- coriander leaves
- oil
- mustard seeds
- curry leaves
Method
Cook 1/4 pav dhal.
Add diced mixed vegetables, and cook till tender.
Add sambhar powder and tamarind juice and salt.
Bring to the boil.
Add coriander leaves.
Season with ghee, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Cover.
