Chicken Korma              Printable Version

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken

  • 6 onions

  • 1 full pod garlic

  • 2 inches ginger

  • 8 red chillies

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 teaspoon til

  • 1 cup curd

  • 1 teaspoon khus-khus

  • 1 teaspoon shajeera

  • 1 inch cinnamon

  • 6 cardamoms

  • 6 cloves

Method

Grind together all except curd.

 Marinate chicken in this for two hours.

Fry three minced onions add chicken and masala.

 Cook on low heat. Add 1 cup curd and cook till tender.

Add juice of 1 sour lime.
