French Bean Curry       Printable Version

Ingredients

  • 100 grams French Beans cut finely

  • 2 table spoons coconut gratings

  • 1 green chilli

  • salt

  • hing

  • curds 1/2 cup

  • oil

  • mustard seeds

  • curry leaves

Method

Cut French beans finely and cook with the green chilli with just enough water.

Grind the coconut gratings, and green chilli with a little water.

Add the coconut masala and a little masala water .

Bring to boil and season with oil, mustards seeds and hing and curry leaves.

Add curds before serving.
