Ingredients

  • 1 pav Bombay rava

  • 4 green chillies

  • 1 teaspoon urad dhal

  • 3/4 teaspoon mustard seeds

  • curry leaves.

  • 4 tablespoons oil or ghee

Method

Heat oil. Add mustard seeds, urad dhal, split green chillies and curry leaves.

Add rava and salt and roast for 3-4 minutes.

 Then add water; (double the amount of the rava, sometimes a little more).

 Bring to a boil and simmer till the rava is cooked.

Sugar can be added to taste.
