We use rice vermicelli here in Singapore and it works perfectly.

Ingredients

  • cooked sevai

  • mustard seeds

  • urad dhal

  • curry leaves

  • salt

  • sugar

  • oil

  • coconut gratings

Method

Heat oil and then add mustard seeds, urad dhal, and curry leaves.

Add salt, sugar and coconut gratings. Remove from flame, add sevai, and mix well. Serve
