Maida Dosa   Printable Version

Ingredients

  • 1 pav maida

  • 4 green chillies

  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon jeera

  • 3 tablespoons coconut gratings

  • salt to taste

  • 1/2 glass butter milk

  • 2 teaspoon rice flour or fine rava

  • oil

  • mustard seeds

  • curry leaves

Method

Crush coconut, green chillies ginger jeera and salt together.

Add water and buttermilk.

Then add maida and rice flour

Make a batter which flows freely.

Season with oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Make the dosas.

These take a longer time to roast.

 Flip once.
