Ingredients
* 1 pav maida
* 4 green chillies
* 1/2 inch piece of ginger
* 1/2 teaspoon jeera
* 3 tablespoons coconut gratings
* salt to taste
* 1/2 glass butter milk
* 2 teaspoon rice flour or fine rava
* oil
* mustard seeds
* curry leaves
Method
Crush coconut, green chillies ginger jeera and salt together.
Add water and buttermilk.
Then add maida and rice flour
Make a batter which flows freely.
Season with oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Make the dosas.
These take a longer time to roast.
