Lemon Sevai     Printable Version
We use rice vermicelli here in Singapore and it works perfectly.

Ingredients

  • cooked sevai

  • mustard seeds

  • channa dhal

  • curry leaves

  • turmeric powder

  • juice of one sour lime

Method

Heat oil add mustard seeds, channa dhal and curry leaves.

 Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder.

Remove from flame; add cooked sevai and lime juice.
