Ingredients

  • ginger

  • green chillies

  • tamarind

  • lemon juice

  • sugar

  • salt

  • geera powder

  • pepper powder

  • garam masala

Method

Grind together fresh ginger and fresh green chillies ( lots of both) in water.

 Sieve and throw away the solid part.

Add lots of cummim powder, sugar, salt, lemon juice and tamarind pulp.

If you like you can add a pinch of pepper.

Add 1/2 a teaspoon of garam masala.

 

Serve cold with lots of ice, garnished with mint leaves and lemon slices.
