Mava Cake     Printable Version
Remember those little mava cakes we would buy? Blue Circle ?

Ingredients

  • 80 grams mava

  • 70 grams flour

  • 70 grams butter

  • 30 grams margarine

  • 50 ml milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon almond essence

  • 1/4 teaspoon elaichi powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

  • 10 grams cashewnuts chopped

  • 2 eggs  

 

Method

Cream together butter, sugar, eggs, and fold in the flour.

Add milk to adjust consistency to little thicker than dropping.

Garnish with chopped cashews before baking.
