Remember those little mava cakes we would buy? Blue Circle ?
Ingredients
* 80 grams mava
* 70 grams flour
* 70 grams butter
* 30 grams margarine
* 50 ml milk
* 1/4 teaspoon almond essence
* 1/4 teaspoon elaichi powder
* 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
* 10 grams cashewnuts chopped
* 2 eggs
Method
Cream together butter, sugar, eggs, and fold in the flour.
Add milk to adjust consistency to little thicker than dropping.
Garnish with chopped cashews before baking.
