Ingredients
1/8 pav thuvar dhal
tomato
tamarind
rasam powder
salt
coriander leaves
ghee
mustard seeds
geera
curry leaves
hing
Method
Cook 1/8 Measure thuvar dhal till very soft.
Churn.
Cook tomato and a little tamarind separately.
Strain.
Add to the churned dhal.
Bring to required consistency with water.
Add Sambhar powder/ Rasam powder, salt, coriander leaves, and bring to the boil.
Season with ghee, mustard seeds, geera, hing and curry leaves.
Cover.
