Ingredients
- raw prawns
- onions
- ginger
- garlic
- coriander
- garam masala
- juice of one sour lime
- mashed potato
- salt
- breadcrumbs
- flour
- one egg,beated
- oil for frying
Method
Chop fine raw prawns, one onion, chillies, garlic and ginger and coriander. Fry lightly.
Add garam masala, sour lime and mashed potatoes with salt.
Mix all together well.
Shape rissoles, cover with flour, dip in beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs and fry.
