Ingredients

  • Poha
  • 1 pav thin poha
  • 4 1/2 tbsp. Grated coconut
  • Jaggery or powdered sugar to taste
  • Cardamom powder
  • Method

    Mix coconut and jaggery ( powdered ) or sugar well, add poha and cardamom powder & mix well.

    1-2 tbsp. ghee can be added to enhance taste.

    A similar panchkadai can be made with layi or layi powder.

    These need less coconut.

    There is no need to add ghee.
