Ingredients
- 1 pav maida
- 4 green chillies
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon jeera
- 3 tablespoons coconut gratings
- salt to taste
- 1/2 glass butter milk
- 2 teaspoon rice flour or fine rava
- oil
- mustard seeds
- curry leaves
Method
Crush coconut, green chillies ginger jeera and salt together.
Add water and buttermilk.
Then add maida and rice flour
Make a batter which flows freely.
Season with oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Make the dosas.
These take a longer time to roast.
Flip once.
