Ingredients
1 pav maida
4 green chillies
1/2 inch piece of ginger
1/2 teaspoon jeera
3 tablespoons coconut gratings
salt to taste
1/2 glass butter milk
2 teaspoon rice flour or fine rava
oil
mustard seeds
curry leaves
Method
Crush coconut, green chillies ginger jeera and salt together.
Add water and buttermilk.
Then add maida and rice flour
Make a batter which flows freely.
Season with oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Make the dosas.
These take a longer time to roast.
Flip once.
