Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo chicken
- 1 bowl sour curd
- 1 bowl of milk
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 big onion ground
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- finely cut green chillies
- ginger garlic paste
- garam masala powder
- ghee
Method
Mix all ingredients together and cook on a slow fire till tender.
Sprinkle a little water if necessary.
Garnish with Kasuri methi, coriander and pudina.
