Ingredients
1/2 kilo chicken
1 bowl sour curd
1 bowl of milk
3 tomatoes
1 big onion ground
1 teaspoon chilli powder
finely cut green chillies
ginger garlic paste
garam masala powder
ghee
Method
Mix all ingredients together and cook on a slow fire till tender.
Sprinkle a little water if necessary.
Garnish with Kasuri methi, coriander and pudina.
