Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon coconut gratings
- 1 small roasted chilli
- 1 small green chilli
- 1 marble lump tamarind
- 1 small pellet jaggery
- 1 small bunch coriander leaves
- salt to taste
- seasoning
Method
Grind coconut, red chilly and tamarind smoothly.
Just before removing add green chilly and coriander leaves.
Grind a little.
Remove the masala and masala water to make the saar add salt and jaggery.
Bring to boil.
Season with oil, mustard, hing and curry leaves.
This saar is greenish in colour
