Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon coconut
- 1 roasted red chilly
- 1 marble sized lump of tamarind
- salt and jaggery to taste
- 1 small green chilli
- 1 small bunch coriander leaves
- seasoning with oil, mustard and curry leaves.
Method
Grind coconut, red chilly and tamarind to a smooth paste.
Add green chilli salt, jaggery and coriander leaves and grind till well mixed.
Remove the masala and a little water so that it forms into a semi solid consistency.
Season with oil, mustard and curry leaves
