Ingredients
Vindaloo Paste:
12 red chillies
1 teaspoon geera
1 piece ginger
8 flakes garlic
1 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1 doz chicken drumsticks
1 tablespoon vindaloo paste
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon MSG (AVOID!!!)
Method
Mix well and marinate chicken in mixture for 1 hour.
Cook on a slow fire till done.
Cool, dip in beaten eggs with salt and pepper.
Shallow fry.
