For all salads, salt and curds should be added just before serving.
Ingredients
- Finely grated carrot
- Finely cut onion
- Two tbsp. coconut gratings
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- 1 small green chili
- juice of one lime

This salad can be made omitting the onion, and keeping the rest of the ingredients the same
