Carrot Onion and Coconut Salad
For all salads, salt and curds should be added just before serving.
Ingredients
Finely grated carrot
Finely cut onion
Two tbsp. coconut gratings
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing
1 small green chili
juice of one lime
Method
This salad can be made omitting the onion, and keeping the rest of the ingredients the same.
