Ingredients

- 200 gms. Onions
- 100 gms ghee
- 7 cardamom
- 1 teaspoon jeera
- 7 garlic
- 1/2 cocoanut
- 1 oz. Plums
- 4 oz. Cream
- 7 cloves
- 2 teaspoons khus-khus
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 bay leaves
- 25 gms almond
- 25 gms pista
- 75 gms curd
- 2 inches cinnamon
- 10 seeded red chillies
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Method
Fry onions lightly.
Add ginger garlic paste.
Add water and bay leaves and cook well.
Fry masala well.
Add chicken and salt.
Remove the bay leaves.
Cook on slow fire until thick.
Add sugar.
Beat curd and cream well.
Simmer till tender.
