Ingredients

200 gms. Onions
100 gms ghee
7 cardamom
1 teaspoon jeera
7 garlic
1/2 cocoanut
1 oz. Plums
4 oz. Cream
7 cloves
2 teaspoons khus-khus
1 inch ginger
2 bay leaves
25 gms almond
25 gms pista
75 gms curd
2 inches cinnamon
10 seeded red chillies
1 teaspoon sugar
Method
Fry onions lightly.
Add ginger garlic paste.
Add water and bay leaves and cook well.
Fry masala well.
Add chicken and salt.
Remove the bay leaves.
Cook on slow fire until thick.
Add sugar.
Beat curd and cream well.
Simmer till tender.
