Ingredients
- 1 measure besan
- 2 measures sugar
- 1 measure milk
- 1 measure ghee
- cardamom powder
Method
Heat ghee in a kadai, and add besan and fry till light brown.
Remove from the flame.
Add sugar and milk and stir.
Then keep on a medium flame and keep stirring till the sides become light whitish.
Add cardamom powder.
Remove from the flame.
Spread on a greased plate and cut when cool.
Don't spread this Burfi with a ladle but Instead tilt the plate to spread the Burfi.
