Ingredients
- tomatoes
- green chilli
- salt
- coriander leaves
- ghee
- mustard seeds
- hing
- curry leaves
- juice of one sour lime
Method
Cut tomato into bits.
Cook these bits and a green chilly in water.
Once the tomatoes are cooked add salt and finely cut coriander leaves.
Bring to boil.
Season with ghee, mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves.
Add juice of lime before serving.
