Ingredients
- 1/2 pav maida
- 1 tablespoon besan
- salt to taste
- 2-3 green chillies
- 1/2 " piece of ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon jeera
- Buttermilk to mix
- Oil for frying
Method
Crush the green chillies ginger salt and jeera coarsely.
Add maida, besan and soda bicarb.
Pour buttermilk to make a batter of semi solid consistency.
Heat oil, drop a little batter with fingers(8-10 at time) Fry.
Golli baje is to be eaten with ginger chutney.
