Kashmiri Chicken              Printable Version

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo chicken

  • 1 bowl sour curd

  • 1 bowl of milk

  • 3 tomatoes

  • 1 big onion ground

  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder

  • finely cut green chillies

  • ginger garlic paste

  • garam masala powder

  • ghee

Method

Mix all ingredients together and cook on a slow fire till tender.

 Sprinkle a little water if necessary.

Garnish with Kasuri methi, coriander and pudina.
