Hungarian Chicken              Printable Version

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 2 onions

  • 1 cup cream

  • 1 cup tomato sauce

  • 2 bay leaves

  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon mixed spice

Method

Fry onions.

Add chicken and fry well.

 Add ginger garlic and fry again.

 Cook till tender with bay leaf and spices.

 Add curd, cream, tomato ketchup, tomato puree and chilli powder.

 Simmer till it thickens.
