Method
Blend together onion, garlic, ginger and coriander. Blend till smooth.
Heat oil, and fry paste for 5 minutes.
Add turmeric, garam masala, salt and chilli powder and
fry for 1 minute.
Stir in yoghurt, tomatoes, and fry till yoghurt
dries up, and mixture thickens .
Add chicken pieces and coat thoroughly with the
paste mixture.
Turn heat low and cover tightly and cook till chicken
is tender.
If necessary, open and dry water from the gravy.
Garnish with coriander and mint.
