Ingredients

  • oil
  • mustard seeds
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • a pinch of garam masala powder
  • curry leaves
  • Method

    Cut bread into small squares. (about 8 big slices of bread)

    Heat oil and add seasoning one by one.

    Add salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar.

    Add 2-3 tablespoons of water and then put in the pieces of bread.

    Stir on a slow fire for 2-3 minutes.

     Mix well, and cover for a minute.

    Remove the lid and garnish with grated coconut and coriander leaves.
