Ingredients

  • 1/2 coconut to be grated

  • 1 roasted red chilli

  • 1 small pinch tamarind (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

  • sugar or jaggery to taste

  • salt to taste

  • mango and pineapple , cut into 3/4 " cubes ...green grapes can also be added

Method

Make a fine paste with coconut chilly and tamarind.

When fine add mustard seeds and grind again.

Remove the masala add sugar salt and just enough masala water.

Mix mango and pineapple bits. This is a cold curry and needs to be refrigerated.
