Ingredients

  • 3 -4 medium sized potatoes cut into medium sized cubes

  • 1/3 coconut grated

  • 5-6 roasted red chillies

  • 1 marble sized piece of tamarind

  • hing powder

  • 2 -3 teaspoon coconut oil

Method

Cook the cubed potato in just enough water with salt.

 Make a fine masala with coconut chillies and tamarind.

Mix the masala with cooked potato add masala water so that the curry is semi solid in consistency.

Bring to the boil.

Add coconut oil and hing powder before removing from the flame.
