Rava Flour Puri    Printable Version

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pav Bombay Rava

  • 1/2 pav wheat flour

  • 4 tablespoons coconut gratings

  • 4 green chillies

  • 1/2 piece ginger

  • salt to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon geera

  • buttermilk for kneading

Method

Crush coconut gratings, green chillies, ginger, jeera and salt.

Add the buttermilk and then add rava and flour.

Knead the dough well and make puris.

These puris should be rolled slightly thicker than normal puris.
