Potato Bhajji   Printable Version

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized potatoes

  • 2 medium sized onions

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oil

  • few mustard seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon urad dhal

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 3 green chillies

Method

Cook potato. Peel and cut into cubes.

Cut onions the same size as potato.

Heat oil, add mustard seeds, urad dhal and turmeric powder.

Add onions and green chillies and roast for a while.

 Then add potatoes and salt with just enough water to cook.

 When done, remove from the fire.
