Coriander Leaf Chutney    Printable Version
To be eaten with cutlets

Ingredients

  • 1/2 coconut grated

  • 3 green chillies

  • 1 medium sized onion

  • 1 green tomato

  • 1 small piece of tamarind

  • salt to taste

  • coriander leaves

 

Method

Grind coconut, tamarind, tomato and onion.

When fine, add the salt and green chillies.

Lastly, grind the coriander leaves.

There is no need to add water while grinding.

This is a semi solid chutney and goes well with alu tikki and cutlets.
