Method
Cut bread into small squares. (about 8 big
slices of bread)
Heat oil and add seasoning one by one.
Add salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of water and then put in
the pieces of bread.
Stir on a slow fire for 2-3 minutes.
Mix well, and cover for a minute.
Remove the lid and garnish with grated
coconut and coriander leaves.
