Cucumber Moong Dhal Salad        Printable Version
For all salads, salt and curds should be added just before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber

  • 2 tbsp. moong dal

  • 1 green chili ( finely cut )

  • Salt and juice of lime to taste

  • Coriander leaves

  • Grated coconut for garnishing (optional)

Method

Soak moong dal for 15 minutes.

Wash, remove, and keep aside.

Cut cucumber into small pieces.

 Mix cucumber, moong dal, chili, salt, and lime juice.

 Garnish with coriander leaves and grated coconut.
