Ingredients
1 pav rava
4 green chillies
4 tablespoons oil
1 medium onion
Pinch of mustard seeds
curry leaves
salt
pinch of turmeric powder
juice of lime to taste
finely cut coriander leaves
Method
Heat the oil and add the mustard seeds.
When the mustard seeds pop, add finely cut onion and split green chillies.
When the onions become transparent, add rava, salt, turmeric powder and roast for 3-4 minutes.
Then add boiling water; (double the amount of the rava, sometimes a little more).
Bring to a boil and simmer till the rava is cooked.
Add lime juice and garnish with coriander leav
