Serve with naan, pudina chutney and tamarind chutney.
Ingredients
1 large chicken
1 teaspoon garlic crushed
1 teaspoon ginger crushed
1 tablespoon chopped coriander
1 table spoon chopped chillies
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
mace
1/2 cup yoghurt
tandoori colour
Method
Mix all ingredients together well.
Dry the chicken inside and out with a paper towel.
Then rub in some salt. Rub the marinade inside and out.
Marinate the chicken for 2-6 hours.
Bake in a hot oven on a rack till dry and well cooked.
Remember to baste with a little ghee often.
