Ingredients
1/2 kilo mutton
3 crushed onions
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 litre milk
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 cup ghee
25 grams cashew
1 teaspoon khus khus
10 grams cardamom
Method
Roast and powder cashews, khus khus and cardamom.
Heat ghee, fry garlic ginger then onions and fry till light brown.
Add mutton and fry well.
Mix in in the chilli powder and the garam masala.
Add 1/2 cup water.
Cook under pressure for 10 minutes.
Remove pressure.
Add powders.
Add milk.
Cook on low heat till the gravy is thick.
Do not boil.
Add salt and increase heat.
Cook till oil separates.
